Home Ready
Moving into a first home is a big step, especially for young people transitioning to independent living. Home Ready equips 16–25-year-olds with the practical skills, confidence, and creativity they need to make that transition successful.

Through hands-on workshops and collaborative activities, we help participants personalise their spaces, build essential life skills, and develop a real sense of belonging. Working in partnership with housing providers, local authorities, care leaving teams, and youth services, we create supportive environments where young people can thrive, both personally and practically.

What we deliver:

Interior tips and low-cost design ideas to help personalise and organise small spaces.
-
Practical workshops covering layout, budgeting, and home maintenance essentials.
-
Creative activities that build identity, wellbeing, and connection to place.
-
Tailored resources and guidance for those in supported accommodation or temporary housing.

Stronger tenancy sustainment and essential life skills.
